Two Ways to Log In

Dipo4d offers two main ways to log in — using your username or registered mobile number along with your password. Both methods offer the same level of security. Choose whichever you find easier to remember.

For users on the dipo4d mobile app, there are additional options to log in using fingerprint (biometric) or a 6-digit PIN. This makes the login process on smartphones much faster and more convenient compared to typing your full password every time.

How to Keep Your Account Secure

Account security is a shared responsibility. dipo4d uses 256-bit SSL encryption for all communications and continuously monitors for suspicious activity. However, you also play an important role:

• Use a strong password — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols (minimum 8 characters).
• Do not use the same password as other accounts such as email or social media.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account security settings.
