Dipo4d Terms and Conditions — Malaysia Platform Usage Guidelines

1 Definitions & Interpretation

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated unless the context requires a different interpretation:

• "Platform" refers to the dipo4d website at dipo4d.ws, the mobile app, and all related services operated by the company.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any individual who has registered and holds a valid account on the dipo4d platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal profile registered by a user to access dipo4d's services.
• "Account Balance" refers to the total real money held in the user's account, excluding bonuses that have not yet met the wagering requirements.
• "Bonus" refers to any amount of free credits, cashback, or other rewards granted by dipo4d to members under specific promotional terms.
• "Wagering Requirements" or "Rollover" refers to the number of times a bonus must be wagered before withdrawal is permitted.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer (KYC) process — the identity verification procedure required for withdrawals.

2 Eligibility & Registration

Use of the dipo4d platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be fully met by every prospective member:

• You must be 18 years of age and above on the date of registration.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction that prohibits online betting activities or access to platforms of this nature.
• You are registering on your own behalf only — registering on behalf of another person is not permitted.
• You have never been designated as a patient in a compulsory gambling care programme or have an active voluntary self-exclusion restriction.
• You are not directly or indirectly employed in the gaming industry in connection with dipo4d or any of its affiliated companies.

3 User Account

Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account only on the dipo4d platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different information — is a serious violation of these terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts, with all balances and wins forfeited.

Users are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Keeping your password confidential and not sharing your login credentials with any other party.
• Report immediately to the dipo4d support team if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• Updating personal information (name, phone number, email address) whenever changes occur.

Dipo4d is not liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to maintain the security of their own account.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the dipo4d platform are subject to the following terms:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM10 for FPX and e-wallet methods, and RM50 for bank transfers.
• All deposits must be made using the payment method registered under the user's account name. Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted and will be returned after deducting any applicable processing fees.
• Withdrawal of winnings is processed only to the same payment method used for the original deposit — as a security measure to prevent money laundering.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction. The maximum daily limit varies by membership tier.
• Dipo4d does not charge any internal processing fees for regular deposits or withdrawals. Fees imposed by third-party payment providers are the responsibility of the user.

5 Bonus & Promotions

Dipo4d offers a variety of promotions and bonuses to members. Each bonus offer is subject to specific conditions stated on the relevant promotions page, and the following general terms apply:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) that must be fulfilled before bonus funds may be withdrawn. The rollover value is clearly stated on each offer.
• A user is eligible to claim only one type of bonus per promotion category at any given time.
• Bonuses are for the personal use of registered users only and may not be transferred or sold to any other party.
• Dipo4d reserves the right to cancel, modify, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of abuse.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly — will result in cancellation of all bonuses and account closure.

6 Game Rules

All games available on the dipo4d platform — including Live Casino, Slots, Sports Betting, and other games — are subject to the following rules:

• The outcome of all games is final. Any confirmed bet may not be cancelled except in the event of a technical error acknowledged by dipo4d.
• In the event of a technical error, internet connectivity issue, or system disruption occurring during an active game, dipo4d will endeavour to restore the state to what it was before the error occurred. If restoration is not possible, the affected bets may be voided and funds returned to the user's account.
• Dipo4d is not liable for any losses caused by interruptions to the user's internet connection.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final and overrides any visual display that may be delayed due to connection quality.
• The RTP (Return to Player) value for each slot game and RNG game is available through the respective game provider's information.

7 Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any tools developed to exploit the gaming system or gain an unfair advantage.
• Opening more than one account for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing withdrawal limits.
• Conducting any financial transactions related to illegal activities, money laundering, or terrorism financing.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to any other party.
• Exploiting any bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the dipo4d system to gain a financial advantage.
• Committing credit card fraud, unauthorised chargebacks, or any other financial fraud against dipo4d.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in multiplayer games.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Dipo4d reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any terms stated in this document.
• Identity verification (KYC) failed or the user refused to provide the required documents.
• Account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
• At the user's own request for self-exclusion purposes.
• Instructions from relevant authorities or law enforcement bodies.

If an account is closed for non-violation reasons, any remaining real money balance will be returned to the user via the original payment method once the verification process is complete. Bonuses that have not met the wagering requirements will not be refunded.

9 Liability Limit

To the extent permitted by applicable law, dipo4d is not liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred as a result of gameplay activity on the platform.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond dipo4d's control, including natural disasters, power outages, cyberattacks, or internet service provider infrastructure failures.
• Indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of the platform.
• Actions or omissions by third parties that are beyond dipo4d's control.

In all circumstances, dipo4d's maximum liability to any user is limited to the total amount deposited by that user within the 30 days preceding the claim.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

The use of your personal data by dipo4d is subject to Privacy Policy us, which forms an inseparable part of these Terms and Conditions. By using the dipo4d platform, you agree to how we collect, process, and store your personal data as described in that Privacy Policy.

11 Responsible Gaming
